sa cho ga mi ga

Again I owe my cousins a lot for this. I saw the trailer of this movie from the the local channel. This movie comes with the title” a movie with a difference” but in reality it should be “a movie with a different place”( laughs). I personally think that these movie looks like a documentary more over to me. Now if this movie doesn’t become hit then I think that they are just buying us and yes what’s bad in that..thats what everyone does!!! LOL

friday night

Fresh anger and ignorance was in my mind when I had to go through this incident. First I think why would I even keep the topic on this post as “Friday night”. Well this is what happened. Since I stay somewhere near the town, I wanted to purchase some snacks from the shop under my residence but unfortunately it was closed. You know why it was closed and please recall my topic( laughs). Later I asked my friend to purchase it from a near by shop and I was waiting for her. At this particular moment, I had myself been mocked by the B boys( black boys, no offence) thanks for my adorable cousins for giving them these names. I tried to ignore them and as far as I know they were the people who wore working as ticket collectors in the club (destiny). It does not end here….then one of the b boys, lucky that I call them boys. A fat one came and asked me who I was waiting for and wanted me to call them. He used these exact statements” who are you waiting for and is it your son or nephew”. That was the most disgusting thing I had ever heard in years.

No,not the effect or the reason behind using the drug. Its how i first started to use it. Many years back i met a nice and lovely friend called verdell, who was working with a local travel agency. since i was found of making friends, i didnt leave her. We once went to a monastery where she used to teach monks English. There i found out that she was supplying them vitamin c tablets. That is how the ultimate reveleution started.

a photo graph

7 years back in phuentsholing, there was a robbery in my dads building. That day i was lucky enough to have my camera. later as soon as the scene was cleared i had my camera grab some petty good pictures, from that day i knew that by virtue i was to become a famous media reporter like Aman Pour and Barkha Dutt.

pass word

when i had my first netbook, i eventually told my friends about that. Then at school all my teahers came to know about this too. one of my teachers wanted to use my laptop as in officaly, then she wanted to know the password. I was releived that day that i didnt have any weird password like "i love you", "hate my life", "school sucks", "teachers are weird". My hysteria was totaly on top.

The tourist

last night was supposed to be new year's eve. Thimphu was never like before to me, infact much more like a fair. A fair with funny audiences. The whole thing started around 11 PM then it came to an end around 3 AM, when i was in my adrenaline state. around 2 AM, some boys wore caught, no offence. Then later i realised that a group of indian family wore also witnissing the whole fair like thing. some of the intersting things that i had seen was a girl wearing a short dress and three foriegners walking the street. anything that bothered me more then the fair was about the indian tourist. what wore they thinking???? GNH country???

Is thimphu the only mecca for learning??

Till today i thought i was lucky enough to be the youth of bhutan but as a student I personally feel that opportunity that enhance us has been tearing us right apart in the television. These days nothing pleases me to probe the show “super spellers” in bbs. The fact that bbs are coming up with so many new programs these days, we the students of different schools of Bhutan are left out; except that of thimphu. every time there is a program lets say an awarness program its always THIMPHU!

I don’t know whether this issue is to be blamed directly or indirectly to bbs or the education sector. I hope to know that this issue shall not be muddled. We do know the that fact that thimphu is given a little more nourishment then the other dzongkhags, Thus ultimately the talented youth are too. This is the fact that we don’t mind in accepting the fact but we cannot defy the fact that we the youth are left behind. The only question I have is 'what is their biggest obstacle in giving opportunity's to the youth'?
